Jessie M. Cohen, a longtime resident of Rye Neck, NY, passed away on March 18, 2016. Jessie was a graduate of Hunter College and received two masters’ degrees from Teacher’s College Columbia University. She had a long career as a speech therapist at the Mamaroneck Avenue Public Elementary School.
Jessie was predeceased by her husband Frederick and one son Kenneth Cohen (Jennifer). She is survived by her two children, Barbara Student (Michael) and Donald Cohen (Olivia). Jessie was loved by her four grandchildren; Sanford Student, Katherine Judkins (Tyler), Kyle Cohen, Alec Cohen; and one great granddaughter Isobel Judkins.
Family will receive friends at Graham Funeral Home in Rye, NY on Monday, March 21, 2016 from 4-9 PM. Burial will be private. Memorial donations may be made to the Kensington Harvest/Employee Appreciation Fund, 100 Maple Ave, White Plains, NY 10601.
