Obituary of Frank Vincent Grippo

Frank V. Grippo, age 75, a resident of Rye Brook passed away on Thursday April 20th, 2023 at Greenwich Hospital. He was born in Port Chester to John and Pauline, the eldest of his two siblings James (deceased) and Gina. There he grew up surrounded by his close family and friends, and where he met his wife of 50 years. Frank graduated from Archbishop Stepinac High School, served 4 years in the U.S. Air Force and graduated from Iona College. 

He was a generous and caring man throughout his entire life. Frank loved spending time with his family, taking them across the country to connect with relatives and to discover new places. 

He is survived by his beloved wife Ela and his two sons Michael and Jason. He will be missed and although he is gone, his spirit will be with us always. 

A private family funeral was held on April 25th at Greenwood Union Cemetery.
