Obituary of Rosemarie DiLallo

Rosemarie (Dolly) DiLallo died on April 6, Holy Thursday, in Wilton, Connecticut. She was 92 years old and had been in failing health for some time.
Dolly was born in Harrison, New York where she attended Harrison High School. She graduated from Good Counsel College and later received a masters degree from NYU. She was for many years a member of the Sisters of Divine Compassion.
After leaving the convent she joined The Westchester Department of Health as a bio-chemist where she was named to the important role of Chief of Labs.
Dolly was a member of The Coveleigh Club where she excelled at paddleball. A natural athlete and a keen scholar, she was especially devoted to animal welfare and Catholic charities.
Dolly was predeceased by her siblings Nicholas, Bella, Josephine, and Dominick. She was deeply devoted to and deeply loved by her many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
There were many wonderful people in Dolly’s life, including her late lifelong friend, Ann Vitantonio, also Lia Alba Masucci who loved and cared for Dolly in the final years of her life.
