Jeffrey Levine of Mohegan Lake, NY passed away on December 25, 2022, at the age of 58. Jeffrey was born on August 31, 1964, the son of Ted M. Levine and Patricia Anne Terrell Levine. Jeffrey is survived by his mother Patricia Levine and two brothers: David and Andrew Levine.
A memorial wake will be held at the Graham Funeral Home on Thursday December 29, 2022, at 12:30 PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Jeffrey’s memory to Living Resources; 518-218-000, 300 Washington Avenue Ext, Albany, NY 12203.
