Teresita Phillips, a resident of Rye Brook, NY for over 14 years, passed away on February 13, 2022 surrounded by her family.  Teresita was born on October 27, 1939 in Altagracia de Orituco,Venezuela.  She was the daughter of Francisco and Carmen (nee Risquez) Saldivia.  Teresita attended Liceo Andres Bello High School, Class of 1957.  In 1981 she graduated from Universidad Catolica Andres Bello where she earned a degree in Psychology.  She also earned a Certificate of Merit at the Colegio De Psicologos De Caracas, Venezuela.

Teresita was married to Robert A. Phillips, celebrating 56 years of marriage.  Together they raised their two children.  Teresita is survived by her loving husband Robert, daughter Yoheris Phillips, son Robert G. Phillips, Daughter in law Donna Phillips, two grandsons Robert F. and Nicholas F. Phillips; sister Evelia Saldivia and brother Jesus  Saldivia; as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins in both Venezuela and the United States.

Teresita was a member of the Westchester Country Club, Princeton Club of New York, past member of Valle Arriba Golf Club, and Caraballeda Golf and Yacht Club. She was also the secretary to the Board of Directors as well as a member of the Colegio De Psicologos de Caracas.

The family will receive friends at the Graham Funeral Home on Friday February 18, 2022 from 4:00-7:00 PM.  A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at the Church of the Resurrection in Rye, NY on Saturday February 19, 2022 at 11:00 AM.
