Obituary of Domenicantonio DiFiore

Domenicantonio DiFiore of Rye Brook, passed away on May 30,2021. Mr. DiFiore was born in Colledimezzo, Italy on January 12, 1936, the son of Nicola DiFiore and Ida D’Addario DiFiore. Being born and educated in Italy, he worked for the railroad in Italy for over 5 years before coming to the United States. He continued his career in construction doing masonry work for over 40 years. 

He loved playing the accordion, making wine, and gardening. He was a proud member of the Colledimezzo Social Club, where he played cards and socialized with friends and family. He married his wife of 63 years, Maria, in October 1957. 

Domenicantonio is survived by his wife Maria, son Nick and daughter in law Antonella and his two grandchildren, Anthony and Michael. 

A wake will be held at the Graham Funeral Home, in Rye, NY, on Thursday, June 3, 2021, from 4 PM to 8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Don Bosco Parish Church of Corpus Christi on Friday, June 4. 2021, at 10 AM. Entombment to follow at St. Mary Cemetery, Rye Brook, NY.
