Obituary of Robert Dempsey

Robert Dempsey of Somers, NY, former longtime resident of Rye, NY, passed away on April 7, 2021 surrounded by his family. He is survived by his loving wife Marie, married for over 53 years; their four children: Marie Dempsey (Louis Feinholtz), Robin Bray (Matthew), Robert Dempsey Jr. (Marianne), Erin Berger (Ian); five grandchildren: Allison, Christina, Robert III, Declan, and Connell. Robert was a proud member of the Rye Fish and Game Club and loved the many days he spent fishing on Long Island Sound. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at the Church of the Resurrection in Rye, NY on Friday April 9, 2021 at 10:00 AM.
