Luis Alberto Salgar, 46, of Rye NY passed away Saturday July 2, 2016 after a long battle with Cancer surrounded by his loving family and friends.
Luis is predeceased by his father Alberto Salgar. He is survived by his mother Barbara Egan, his loving daughters Kailey and Lia; his siblings: Ines, Maurico, Isabel and Tania; Step siblings, nieces and nephews in the Salgar, Egan and McDougall families.
