Norma Parenteau Miller, 93, a resident at Sarah Neuman in Mamaroneck, passed away on December 31, 2018. She was born in Windsor, CT, April 10, 1925.
She was preceded by her husband, Edward H Miller and her daughter Marianne Y Miller.
She is survived by har daughter Franklin A Rowland; granddaughters Kathleen E Smith, Leigh M Rowland; and great-granddaughter Quinn S Smith.
A small family service and internment is planned at Christ’s Church, Rye
Donations maybe made to Leader Dogs for the Blind, Rochester Hills, MI, in lieu of flowers.
