Elsa Luigia (Fabbro) Zambano, 92, passed away on October 11, 2018. She was born in New York City on November 24, 1925 to John and Caterina (Candusso) Fabbro and was a long time resident of the Bronx and Rye, NY. She was a loving and cherished wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Elsa was predeceased by her beloved husband of 62 years, Gino Mario Zambano; her sister Ines Cevetillo; brothers Italo (Joseph) and Arthur Fabbro; son-in-law Thomas K. Salese.  She is survived by her three daughters, Laura (Greechan), Norma (Salese) and Gina (Tompkins). Known as Nonna to her seven grandchildren, Elsa was a devoted and loving grandmother to Marisa, Jessica, David, Dana, Elizabeth, Robert, and Catherine, and mother-in-law to Hugh Greechan, and Robert Tompkins. The family will receive friends at Graham Funeral Home on Monday, October 15th from 4:00 to 8:00PM. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, October 16th at 10:00AM at the Church of the Resurrection in Rye, NY.  Internment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. The Graham Funeral Home is located at 1036 Boston Post Road Rye, NY 10580 (914-967-0129)  grahamfuneralhomerye.com
