Glenn C. Phillips passed away on August 16, 2017. Beloved husband of Nora Gibbons Phillips. Dear brother of Robert and Teresa Phillips, Pamela and George Leblanc, sister- in- law Rosemary Kelly, brother-in-law Peter and Theresa Gibbons. Loving Uncle of many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends and relatives at the Graham Funeral Home in Rye, NY on Monday August 21, from 2 to 4 PM and 7 to 9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Church of the Resurrection on Tuesday at 10 AM. Interment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
